Shaping Up My Space

When I first saw the photographs of Ann Wood's home I felt immensely inspired like never before, I don't think that I had ever seen such a beautiful space. It's done in the most dreamy of colors with sailboats flying through the sun rays and a mood board that sends me straight into a dream.

...this ladies got me all worked up trying to bring my work space together in a creative fashion complete with an ever changing mood board and all the things that I make me smile.

In a random flickr search for more inspiration I found the Inspiration Board group pool which turned up these lovely work spaces and mood boards:

Smile and Wave

And then here's some photos of my work space. It's definitely a work in progress since I just started this whole kick last week, but I'm so happy with how it's coming together....

some of my current, in-the-works projects:

on my thrifted cutting board...

...and on these little horsies.
I can't exactly say what's happening to these guys yet since I'm still brainstorming on that one..

Gah, sorry it's been such a long post, I'm gonna blame that on Ann Wood! I won't be listing an item today, but I will leave you with you with some outfit photos.

I need to start a inspiration board wall. I think it would be a good thing to keep my brain fresh.

I love those creative getaways and corners. Those boards on the walls from Smile and Wave are great. Need to remember that.

Your orner looks like a nice start, love the color palette (gee, too much of interior design blogs and all of a sudden i'm talking about color palettes...seriously!)
