Thank you for all the birthday wishes yesterday! I swear between the blog, twitter, and facebook I felt like the most special person alive. What a feeling! I can't thank you guys enough.
These are the only photos Hannah and I managed to walk away with yesterday. We had been planning to shoot a video at this motel for a few a weeks now, and what a bummer it was to walk away without doing so. I mean, we were so prepared! I had all kinds of props ready to set up around the place, and Hannah came ready with a big icy tub full of water bottles strapped in her backseat. I'd say within 20 minutes we had changed our minds about the film. Every creative bone in my body was handicapped by the heat. We both felt like we had been hit by a Mack truck, and it was pure torture trying to get these photos! I was such a whiny/grumpy baby.
My outfit wasn't supposed to look this sleazy, I actually had a pretty peach shirt underneath the jumper, but as soon as we stepped out of our air conditioned cars and into the sun, I decided to take it off. I guess if it were any other day I would've just skipped the photos and made up for them today, but I had a really excited giveaway to tell you about!
