Sponsored Post: Dolce Vita

Alright shoe lovers, it's time to make some room in your closets. In case you haven't heard, Dolce Vita is giving away 1000 pairs of shoes this month through their LoveFest campaign on Facebook. I think Wednesday was the halfway point for the month, and since they've been giving away 50 pairs of shoes per day, I'm going to guess and say they have something like 400 more to giveaway. 400! That means you still have a good chance.

I just received the Jamison boots in taupe last week and have nothing but good things to say. They're so similar to this pair from Madewell that I drooled over for nearly a year. Such a great addition to my closet.

Be sure to sign up so you can win a pair!

Giveaway: The Paraders

I'm sorry it's been so long since I've been able to bring any giveaways to the blog. To make up for it, this month I've lined up a handful of really great prizes from a few of my sponsors. To kick it all off, Rachel from The Paraders is offering a $40 giftcard to her etsy shop. To enter, you must be a follower of The Paraders blog, and for additional entries you can follow The Paraders on Facebook and Twitter. And, this isn't required but if you just need a little reason to smile today, listen to her latest playlist on 8tracks titled Get Your Beehives Ready. It's guaranteed to put you in a good mood!

My favorite thing in her shop right now is hands down this 50s yellow coat with the perfect western arrow details. I'd like to say that it was influenced by all the hype around what would have been Roy Rogers 100th birthday, but I can't lie. I'd wear subtle cowboy details even if I didn't have a good excuse.

Urban Walls Giveaway

Today I teamed up with Urban Walls to bring you a giveaway for the home! Urban Walls is an etsy shop that designs awesome wall decals to customize your home. They've got clouds and birds and planes, good for kids rooms and zen places, but my favorites would have to be the repeated, abstract circles. They have such a 60s vibe to them! They're offering one of my readers $50 to their shop and to win, all you have to do is 'like' them on facebook (don't forget to leave a comment letting me know that you did so).

Now I'm off to get ready for a birthday lunch with my mom! And, while I'm thinking about it, happy birthday to the blog too! She's 2 today. :)

Hi friends! Sorry to have disappeared so long. School is crushing me this week and will probably only keep crushing me for the next 19 days (yes, the countdown has started). I've got a lot going on as I try to wrap up the semester, so pardon my hiatus if I stay gone too long. Fortunately, I have a great group of sponsors to keep me going for now.

Kathy from 5-6-7-8 Vintage has a really great 50s clutch to giveaway this week. If you'd like to put your name in the pot to win it, just visit her shop and tell us your favorite item!

Nest & Forage: Yosemite Satin Pillow Case

If your like me and enjoy digging through vintage home decor on Etsy, your going to love one of my newest sponsors, Nest & Forage. Audie keeps lots of lovely, old things in her shop, from milk glass vases to metal tins, rusty hole punches to ceramic planters. I think my favorite thing in there right now is the vintage service bell (which only makes me want to hum this song). I love this satin pillowcase that she's offering to my readers, too. It seems like the perfect thing to add to a parlor room (if you have one of those). If not, I'm sure it would look just as good in the den! :)

To enter, visit Nest & Forage and tell us your favorite thing from the shop. I'll draw a winner next week!

Cleo Chryanthemum: Lion Necklace Giveaway

You may remember this lion necklace from the Cleo Chrysanthemum Sponsor Spotlight post last month. It found it's way back to my blog once again, and this time, Allie is offering it for a giveaway. It's big and awesome and a head-turnin' statement piece, no doubt. I would probably wear it with something pretty simple and let it do all the talking. I'm certain it will garner a lot of attention on its own.

To enter, visit Cleo Chrysanthemum and tell us your favorite item from the shop. I got caught up browsing through her shop yesterday and ended up buying this sailor skort! If only I would've browsed a little longer, I probably would've bought this skirt, too. Yikes! Good stuff. Be sure to leave your email address and good luck!

Congratulations to Emelia from The Sugar Plum Fairy. You win the Sparkle and Fade romper from Steffy's Pro's and Con's. I'll email you in a bit.

Steffy's Pros & Cons: Sparkle & Fade Romper Giveaway

Hope everyone had a great week! I've got a fun Saturday giveaway to bring to you from my sponsor, Steffy's Pros & Cons. Steffy doesn't have a shop, but she has a really great blog where she wears the most adorable outfits everyday. Her shots are always warm and sun-filled and finished off with the best commentary. One of my favorite outfit shots of hers is a recent one where she's wearing a dress from Keiko's shop, Postlapsaria! So cute. I personally love her style which is why I'm including a couple of her outfit photos so you guys can see for yourself!

Steffy is giving away a black (with a shimmer of silver) romper by Sparkle & Fade! It's a size medium, and all you have to do to win is be a follower of Steffy's blog. Sounds pretty simple, right? Don't forget to leave a comment here letting me know how you follow! I'll draw a winner next week.

Smashion $25 Giveaway

Today I'm excited to team up with Smashion.com for a $25 giftcard giveaway! If you're not familiar with Smashion, it's a free online fashion marketplace to buy and sale new and used clothing – that's right, FREE: zero fees. I didn't know much about the site until recently, but while picking out my favorite items for this post, I found that there are a lot of great designer deals to be found on Smashion. For example, that brown leather Coach bag was listed for only $20, and those brown studded oxfords, they're listed for only $30! I was amazed to find a couple of Rodarte for Target pieces on there, too. I think that shirt and skirt combo shown above is priced at $55.

There's a lot of great stuff on their site –so much so that you may have to sift around for a bit–but I'm willing to bet that if you do, you'll definitely walk away with a great deal. To enter the giveaway, just leave your name and email address, along with your favorite item(s) from Smashion.com. I'll draw a winner next Monday! If you'd like to go ahead and create your own Smashion account, you can find out more about that here.

Shopbop.com $100 Giveaway

Today I'm excited to bring you a $100 giveaway from Shopbop.com! Shopbop is a one-stop online shopping boutique with a collection of over 100 designer brands, and they're offering one of my lucky readers a $100 gift certificate.

I did a little shopping myself, and no big surprise, the Madewell items stole most of my attention. I also saw a good pair of navy Wellies in the knee high boot section that I'd really like to have for spring – the thought of rain hitting my leather oxfords is just too dreadful! Part of me still wants a pair of thigh highs, too! If only I could afford something anything from Elizabeth and James. Both them and Joie boots have really great selections in the thigh high boots section.

To enter, all you have to do is be a follower of this blog. Be sure to leave your name and email address, too! I'll draw a winner on January 17th. Please note that if you are already a Shopbop affiliate you are not eligible for this giveaway. International entries are welcome, but sorry Pennsylvania bloggers, you guys have to be left out of this one, too. Sorry!

Giveaway: Paloma Vintage

Today's giveaway comes from a great little etsy shop and my newest sponsor, Paloma Vintage. Paloma is ran by one of my most dedicated readers, Nancy, who also has a blog called The Sway Report! I'm pretty sure Nancy and I fancy the same things, and I am just pleased as punch to have her as a sponsor this month.

I know that clothes seem to be my weakness on this blog, but my real weakness lies in *anything* kitten inspired. It may be a little cat-ladyish, but if I needed a door knocker, I'd most definitely want it to be just like the one in Nancy's shop! I tell you, that Monkeycat sure did open up my heart to a kitty obsession.
Enough about kittens though. This is a giveaway! Nancy chose to offer up one of the embroidered shirts above. The one on the left will fit a M-XL and the one on the right will fit a S-L. And you know the drill. To enter, visit Paloma Vintage and tell us your favorite item. Don't forget to add the shop to your favorites while you're there, and be sure to leave your email address. Best of luck!

Congratulations to Amber of Latress on the Menjay. You're the winner of The Flight of Thought greeting card giveaway.

Christmas Card Giveaway

I know I have a bad habit of saying that every single giveaway is my favorite – and I genuinely like everything that I agree to giveaway – but this giveaway more than any other takes the cake! It's not just because they're adorable Christmas cards that any girl would love to receive, but it's because they were created by my super amazing, beautiful, and talented sister, Kristi.

I'm so thrilled to see that she's using her artistic talents again. She just opened a new etsy store for her greeting cards called The Flight of Thought and she's decided to keep making cards for all kinds of occasions throughout the year!

To win this set of cards, all you have to do is add Kristi's shop to your favorites on Etsy! Be sure to leave a comment with your email address. I'll draw a winner at the end of the week. Keep in mind that the more cards you buy, the more Christmas presents I'll get. ;) Just kidding. xo!

Congratulations to Talluah! You're the winner of the Five and Two giveaway.
