A borrowed dress

Dress: Borrowed from Beyond Cotton
Shoes: c/o Swedish Hasbeens
Necklace: Vintage
Scarf: Saver's

I've been trying to get this post up for the past few days, but I've had the worst time getting a solid internet connection. I'm a pro at putting off calls to Comcast (our internet carrier), because I dread having to deal with the automated voices and on-hold advertisements. . .  I guess until I actually pick up the phone and take care of business, my online existence will be rather spotty.

Oh, but I'm so glad my internet is working right now so I can show off this dress! I borrowed it from a local boutique called Beyond Cotton for a Sync story. For this article, I talked about how to make the most of summer sales. I styled Hannah in a summer look and a winter look, using this discounted dress, and showed off the many ways to maximize your closet from season to season. I can't believe I didn't glance at the tag to see who made the dress before returning it back to the shop, but I'm halfway tempted to call Beyond Cotton and find out because I loved it so much. . .

I didn't want to venture too far from home in a borrowed dress, so Jake took these photos for me in our front yard. I'll try to remember to post the photos of Hannah once the article comes out tomorrow!

Update: I called. It's Tracy Reece Pre-Spring 2011!
