Necklace: Modcloth $28
Boater Hat: Estate Sale $10

Things are back to normal here again, and believe it or not, I'm actually writing a post for my own blog today! It was fun hopping over to some other blogs the last few posts, but it feels good to be home again. I had originally planned to show you some of my Goodwill and estate sale finds from throughout week, but I ended up going to take same outfit photos yesterday instead.

I'm most excited about the shoes I'm wearing, but I'm sure I'll ramble on about those tomorrow when I show you all my new purchases along with the purse I picked up at an estate sale yesterday. It seemed like the perfect match for a bundle of flowers, so I gathered some from around my house and filled the basket. It's far to hot for any weeds that pretty to be surviving in this summer heat, so I settled for the fake ones I bought for those floral crowns instead! The skirt, as luck would have it, was actually free from one of my favorite downtown thrift shops. I forgot that the shop only took cash, and when I tried to pay with a debit card--a whole dollar--the worker said I could just have it since I came in so much! Lucky day I guess.

Lucky day indeed. Isn't it lovely when people do kind things like that? I mean it was only a dollar but I'm sure it meant much more to you than that.

Ooh, freebies are fabulous. I've received a burrito but no thrifted clothing yet. I'll keep trying. Love the floral print on the skirt.

These pictures are just gorgeous in every way, the lighting the atomsphere the clothes, the setting they look as though they should be in magazine or something! and that whole outfit is just inspiring, I think I'm going to try something simular.
