Shop Update Pt 1: School Girls & Nurses

For this shop update I decided to do things a bit different than before. With finals coming up next week I've been hitting the books a lot longer than I usually do leaving me very little time to devote to listing clothes. So partly because of that and partly because of my obsession with matching colors and styles together I decided to break this weeks update into smaller sections. Each section will contain at least three garments, and if I remember correctly, there's a total of seven different sections which I plan on posting all throughout next week. Why I chose to do this during finals week is beyond me, but hopefully (with it broken up like this) it'll be pretty easy and will keep me from taking to many adventures instead of studying.

For the first update I went with the very elementary theme of schoolgirls and nurses. As you can imagine, I got some pretty crazy looks from my models when I said that. School girls and nurses? What is this a porno? Funny part is, that never even crossed my mind. I'm so wrapped up in my love for vintage children's fashion that I didn't even notice how bizarre that sounded! Oops. The nurses uniform is just something I've had for a while and needed to work into a category somehow. In the end, it all went as G rated as originally planned. Thank goodness.

Love these pictures. The girl in the nurse uniform kinda looks like that star who played Ginny in the Harry Potter movies.

Beautiful beautiful shoot. You say you are busy with school but then you churn out these gorgeous photos effortlessly! How do you do it?! (I know that leaving the dishes dirty is one strategy that I'm also now trying!) Oh, it would be wonderful to hang out with you in the meadows of my imagination where they are no icky bugs and buzzing bees. Maybe our paths will cross at some point!!

hahaha, i love the porno comments from your friends! i bet they were relieved to be dressing up in much more demure versions. these are all gorgeous and i agree with everyone that your models are incredibly lovely and so are the colors and stylings of your photographs. the nurse uniform is SOOO adorable and it reminds me how i get so sick of stupid slutty nurse halloween costumes; now this be a lovely and perfect replacement!

good luck on finals!

The blue smock dress is adorable with the peter pan collar.
Gosh, im so glad the nurses uniform has changed to shirt and pants (although some still wear a skirt) I would be SO uncomfortable working in a dress like that! lol
