Cotton Candy & Keds

Yesterday I got back out there and did those Keds photos that failed so miserably the day before. I changed the outfit up completely keeping the shoes as the only common factor. I was lucky that this set of photos turned out alright with the only problem being my ashy legs. I stepped into an ant pile and started scratching them like crazy, but I didn't realize I was making them look so horrible! Forgive me that one, I promise I don't normally walk around with them looking like that.

I forgot to mention how fantastic edible props are! They make the solo shoots so much more enjoyable. Unfortunately the cotton candy at my local grocery store doesn't come on a stick, so I had to buy some poster board, roll it up and tape it. That's sounds a bit ridiculous I guess, but I thought it matched my outfit so well that I couldn't resist having it with me. I guess the part about it being tasty had a little influence on me too!

I love Keds!!! It is so hard to find them here (Netherlands) in a thrift store though and they cost about $60 if you buy them new!

Your whole outfit is so very pretty! Wow, I probably haven't had cotton candy in like 12 years, now I really want some.
