Lady in red.

Well, today it was back to school for me! The snow relieved me of a french test for a few days, but it could only last so long before the 'er' verbs caught up to me. I think I've got them down though. After school I went to an estate sale at the most beautiful, historic home in the downtown area. Ahhh, it was sooo big and filled with breathtaking turn of the century furniture. Those sales are great for dreaming but not so practical for my budget. The only things I could afford were a BCBG bubble skirt and the most embellished sequin jacket I've ever seen, very Michael Jackson-ish! So... gotta run. Got lots of playing around to do in the closet before work, try to figure out a way to style this crazy thing.

The outfit shown above was my attempt to stay warm during the snow storm. I guess I was hoping the warm colors in my outfit would make me forget the frigid temperatures outside. It was my first time to do any in the house, so they are a little grainy. I'm going to figure out a way to fix that next time around!

Have a great weekend!!

I love this read dress and I also love your leggings! Are you a French major? I wish i would have focused better when I took french. I spoke it fluently growing up as my grandmother was a war bride from Paris but, she was pretty strict about being American (as many war brides were) in order to fit in so we never really stuck to speaking it.
