Action is the Fruit : Little Ocean Annie

You guys may remember me asking for your advice on what to do with all those extra clothes when I shut the doors of my etsy shop at the end of the summer. I was thinking of holding a garage sale or possibly selling them in bundles online, but to be honest, both of those options were way more work than I was wanting to do.

It took a little time and a really good friend to finally figure out what I was going to do with them, but in the end, I think it was the best! My good friend Annie from Little Ocean Annie has the most amazing (and affordable) etsy shop around – it dressed me for the Thanksgiving celebrations at my parents house (proper photos soon, I promise). She lives in Portland with her awesome husband Josh, they're expecting their first baby in just a few weeks (so close!), and well, she's pretty freakin' awesome to extend the invitation for an Action is the Fruit/Little Ocean Annie collaboration!

Etsy: Shoes In The Shop

I got all the shoes listed, as promised, and I must admit, I'm head over heels for every single pair. I think the oxfords may be my favorite, mostly because I'm hooked on wearing flat shoes, but even the four inch wooden heels and wedges are something I would think of putting on this fall—darn that fear of looking like a giant. Be sure to check out the etsy store if you see anything you like!

If I had to pick the most rewarding part about my job as an online vintage seller, it would have to be the customer photos I get in return! Seeing these little 'ole pieces from Arkansas come to life on girls from all across the world makes it all worth it. It's also pretty cool when these items turn up on some of my very favorite blogger buddies too! When I checked my email this evening, I already had one more customer appreciation photo in my inbox. This time it was from Amanda who just purchased this handmade floral crown from my 'Fly Away!' collection. I also suddenly remember that I left Gracie out this morning too. Gracie was actually my shops very first customer when she purchased this sailor romper at my shops grand opening! I can't believe I forgot to include her at first. So sorry Gracie.
