Today is a very special day for not one but two reasons.
It was on this day a year ago that I went out to the Broadway Cemetery and took my very first set of outfit photos for the blog. I remember enjoying a birthday lunch at Loca Luna with a few friends and then parting with them to go take the following photo. Coincidentally, I started this whole thing on my birthday!
I remember sweating my little toosh off trying to figure out the tripod for the very first time, and it was no different today when I went out in 103 degree weather to shoot a little video (meteorologist says it feels like 115!). The video was a fail because of an infestation of wasp nests in the abandoned hotel we were shooting in and because of the miserable heat. Everyone kept saying how dangerous it was to be out, so we decided to go back on a cooler day. I really didn't know what to do to celebrate both these birthday's, so I figured I'd just compile some of my favorite outfit photos from the last year. They're in no particular order and I did a really sloppy job of putting them together, but you get the idea. Thanks for making this blogging adventure a truly rewarding experience for me. Without you guys it would be nothing. Hopefully I'll be doing this for many many more years to come. :)
