Dress: Midtown Antique Mall
Cardigan: WLR Goodwill
Heeled Jodphur boots: c/o Swedish Hasbeens
Tights: Hue via Dillards
Purse: Shop Dixie
Scarf: c/o Magpie & Birdie
Brooch: gift from Corey
I went to a show after taking the first set of turban photos yesterday. As much as I love my new dress from Stop Staring, it's really not what I pictured wearing to a smokey bar, so I changed into something more suitable: the white dress that goes with everything!

It's an Edwardian inspired piece that I picked up from an antique mall a couple years ago. I wear it a lot, and the fact that it's so plain means the styling options are virtually endless. After taking these photos, I decided that my two toned loafers and a newly thrifted belt would make it all come together better, but unfortunately you guys don't get to see the finished product. Oh, well.
Surprisingly, the turban sat in place all day and all night and I didn't even need to pin it down––thanks to The Glamourai for her easy-as-pie tutorial. I guess my favorite part about this outfit is the lizard brooch that Corey gifted me right before I left to go out. He got it at work––they receive a lot of donations––and, knowing me so well, he thought I'd love it. He was right.
I know you've heard me mention my workout buddy Cheyenne before, but just to put a face with a name, here she is! For those of you who live in Little Rock, Cheyenne just started a radio show on KABF 88.3. It's called Shoog Radio, and she and our other buddy Christy play a bunch of tracks from local bands and plug as many local things as possible. It's sort of awesome––she was so sweet to mention the Sync fashion column on the first day––so definitely show your support when you can, every Monday 1-3pm.

The turban looks wonderful on you Starr (as does pretty much everything) :) I am in need of a white dress that goes with everything oh and your bag too! <3
What a great combo! (Even so perfect with your living room!). Kudos, my dear, on being able to make a turban look effortless. I'd imagine it's pretty much fashion nirvana to achieve that level of cool.
