Happy Halloween 2010!

Happy Halloween everybody!

I did all the celebrating last night. Jake and I are last minute costume people and didn't decide what we were going to be until lunch yesterday! We made a quick trip to Hobby Lobby where I picked up some gray felt and double sticky sided scrapbook tape for eyebrows and a mustache and he got some foam visors for a beak so he could be a zombie duck – I'll have to show more (non-iphone) photos tomorrow.

My costume was just a big ploy to wear my grandpa cardigan and my new corn cob pipe – since I collect old man things! It worked. A lot of people didn't recognize me at first.

I want to hear all about your costumes and celebration plans! What are you going as this year?

HAMBURGLAR!
I just finished posting about my own costume. It was weird putting it on just to photograph it, the whole time I was worried that a roommate would walk out and send me to the crazy house.

You make a cute gramps!

Hahahahha your eyebrows are all sorts of win. Australia doesn't really celebrate Halloween so that kind of sucks.

Delightful... I'm going as a Grandpa next year! I just ignored Halloween this year, as it's really not my favourite holiday, but I have been wearing a grandpa cardigan all day....

My first thought was that you were Groucho Marx. You make a lovely old man, regardless.

This is the first year in so long that I've not worn a costume. I celebrated last night with a few friends around a fire - very low key, but still awesome.
