Girlfriends & Found Objects

Yesterday brought my first ever blogger meet up, and I'll admit, if I could have them everyday I would! Amanda from Dishevelled Stars is actually from Little Rock but residing in Austin at the time, and while she and her boyfriend were in town for the literary festival she was sweet enough to schedule a meet up with me too! Of course I got excited and styled clothes for us to wear for some photos, and when my friend Callie called that morning asking when she and I could do photos together, I thought, why not just add one more girl to the mix. I'm glad it worked out that way because we had a blast hanging out underneath a bridge finding couches, signs, muffin pans, and buggies.

These kinds of play days are always the best!

On Callie:
Vintage Dress: Goodwill $4
Boots: Modcloth $55
Headband: Forever 21 $5

On me:
Ann Taylor Stripes: Thrift $6
Skirt: F21 $15
Shoes: Rue 21 $30
Bowler: Target $15
Suspenders: Target $10

On Amanda:
Lace Dress: Estate Sale $1
Mini Top Hat: F21 $8
Boots; UO $50
White Shirt: F21

What a great photo shoot! Love the photos with the coach- the electric green plays so well against the wardrobe choices... the hats and headpieces are wonderful...
